Client Dashboard Overview
Structure and Terminology of the Dashboard
Let's review the key terms and their meanings:
- Sync Practices refers to all therapy sessions and activities conducted by therapists, whether remotely or in person.
- Self-Practice refers to all sessions and activities conducted independently of a therapist, either alone or with a family member or nurse.
- Sessions represent user interactions within the platform. Each time a user logs in and starts using the platform, a session is logged.
- Activities represent any structured task that was initiated.
Note:
If there is no activity in the system for five consecutive minutes, the session will end, and a new session will begin at the next action.

By clicking “Full Report” you’ll receive more detailed information.
You can filter the report by session type (synchronous or self-practice), set the time range, and view practices completed by colleagues as well.

You can see how many sessions were completed within the selected time range, the duration of activity, and how many activities the client performed.

You can view the types of activities the client practiced.

More specifically, you can see the exact activities the client completed, and for each one: the activity type, the activity level, which clinician conducted it, and when it was performed.

TIP!
When assigning self-practice and sharing boards, remember to work in the correct client workspace. Data related to these shares will automatically associate with the right dashboard based on the selected workspace.
