Locating Your Client Workspace

Select the desired client from the client list by clicking + Add.

To switch to a different client, click the current client’s name and choose a new one from the existing list.

After selecting the client, click “Client Workspace”.

Client Dashboard Overview

Structure and Terminology of the Dashboard

Let's review the key terms and their meanings:

  • Sync Practices refers to all therapy sessions and activities conducted by therapists, whether remotely or in person.
  • Self-Practice refers to all sessions and activities conducted independently of a therapist, either alone or with a family member or nurse.
  • Sessions represent user interactions within the platform. Each time a user logs in and starts using the platform, a session is logged.
  • Activities represent any structured task that was initiated.

By clicking “Full Report” you’ll open the client’s complete Dashboard, where you can filter the report, track progress over time, open per-activity Session Summary Reports and export it. See Reports & Progress Tracking for the full walkthrough.
