Forgotten password

Here is a quick way to reset your password.

On the main login page, click on ‘Forgot your password?’

Enter your user name. In most cases, it will be the email address you registered with. (If you dont remember your user name, please contact us).

Check your inbox, you will find an email and simply click the button to reset your password.

Create your new password and click the change password button

You are now ready to login using your new password

If you want to simply change your password, go to Settings.

AScroll dow to the Account section and click the Reset Password button

This will initiate the same process as above. An email will be sent to you.
