How can I purchase a plan with Cognishine?
You can pay for your subscription using PayPal or a credit card. Once the purchase is complete, you'll gain full access to the Cognishine platform.
Which devices are supported by Cognishine?
Cognishine works on most devices and operating systems. For best performance, we recommend: MacOS/iOS โ Safari, Windows โ Chrome, Android/ChromeOS โ Chrome.
Which formats can I use Cognishine in?
Cognishine can be used in individual, group, or one-to-many sessions โ whether in-person, remote, asynchronous, or hybrid.
Is there a printing limit for offline use?
You can print up to 30 activities per month.
Is the self-practice link safe to use?
Yes. The links are anonymous and contain no personal or identifiable information about your clients.
Can I send the same link to multiple clients?
No. Each link is intended for a single client. To share a board with multiple clients, use the "Share" button for each one.
Do my clients need a license to use self-practice activities?
No license is required for clients. Once they receive the link, they can access the activities directly.
Can I share boards I've created with therapist colleagues?
Currently, direct sharing between individual therapists isnโt available. However, organizations can create shared boards for their teams.
How does Cognishine help me prepare for my next session?
You can save selected activities in personal boards and use them to plan sessions with clients or therapy groups.
Can I request a new activity?
Yes. Our team updates activities weekly. If you're missing something specific, use the "Request new content" option on the site or contact support.
Can I upload photos of my clients or their family members?
No. Due to data privacy and security policies, uploading personal or client images is not allowed.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel during the 7-day trial period, you wonโt be charged.
