Reports & Progress Tracking

Every activity a client completes — in a Sync session with you, or independently in Self-Practice — is recorded automatically. The Full Report turns that history into evidence you can act on and share: how much a client has practised, which skills they’ve worked on, how they’ve progressed over time, and how they performed on any individual activity.

Before you start

This guide picks up from a client’s report view. For how to select a client, open their Client Workspace, read the at-a-glance Latest Interactions snapshot, and what Sync Practices, Self-Practice, Sessions and Activities mean, see Client Workspace first.

1. Open the Full Report

From a client’s Client Workspace, select Full Report. This opens the client’s Dashboard — the complete, filterable view of everything they’ve done.

2. Filter the report

Use the filters along the top of the Dashboard to focus the view: session type (All Sessions, Sync or Self-Practice), time range, profession, and therapist — so you can include practice completed by colleagues as well as your own.

3. Read the headline totals

The three summary cards give you the top-line numbers for the selected filters: Total Sessions, Total Time, and Total Activities. The Sessions table below lists each session in turn — its type, date, duration, number of activities completed, and the therapist who ran it.

4. See which skills were practised

The Activity Types table shows the mix of work the client has done — each activity type (for example Match the Picture, Language Comprehension – Phrase, Story Sequence) with the number completed and the total time spent on it. It’s a quick way to show where therapy has focused.

5. Track progress over time

The Activities over time chart plots activities by date, splitting Sync Activities (green) from Self-Practice Activities (orange). It’s the clearest single view of engagement — showing not just what happened in your sessions, but how much the client kept practising independently in between.

6. Open a Session Summary Report

The Activities table lists every individual activity, with its session type, activity type, level, therapist, duration and start time. Where a detailed report is available, select View in the Report column to open the Session Summary Report. This shows the Session Details (activity name, session type, level, media type, number of slides) and a Performance Summary (slides completed, total attempts, and more). Use Download PDF to save or share it.

7. Export the report

To take the whole report away with you, use the Export button at the top right of the Dashboard. For reporting across all clients and therapists — for example organisation-wide usage for a service review — a dedicated Exporting Organisation Reports guide is coming soon.

Tip

Filtering to Self-Practice across a wider date range is the quickest way to evidence what a client has done independently between sessions — useful for progress reviews, funding cases and discharge reports. Clients always appear by their identifier (for example UK-234), so reports stay anonymous by design — never add identifying details.
